What We Commit To

  1. 1

    Built from inside the industry

Designed by someone who spent years in Western Australian hospitality and had to keep the records it replaces.

  2. 2

A food safety professional, not a queue

On the packages that include it, an HCSO reviews your records and answers your questions.

  3. 3

We are careful about what the law requires

We aim to describe the Food Standards Code and your state's Food Act as they are and never to present something as compulsory when it is not.

  4. 4

    Your records remain yours

You own your business data and can produce the record pack from your account whenever you need it.

Built by someone from the industry

Hospitality Shield was founded by Caleb Azuka, who spent years in the Western Australian hospitality industry before building it. He saw how much time good venues lose to paperwork and how easily a missed record turns into a compliance problem. He set out to fix it.

That experience of the industry is why the platform is built around how a kitchen actually runs, and why an HCSO working online or on site is worth more than software alone.
