Our mission, vision and commitment to the hospitality businesses we work with.
To empower hospitality businesses with innovative technology that simplifies compliance, protects customers and elevates industry standards.
To become the most trusted food safety and compliance partner for hospitality, growing across Western Australia and in time the rest of Australia.
One platform for food safety records, corrective actions, training, documents and reporting, with an HCSO behind it.
We are committed to innovation, integrity and customer success. We partner with you to build safer workplaces and stronger businesses.

Built from inside the industry
Designed by someone who spent years in Western Australian hospitality and had to keep the records it replaces.
A food safety professional, not a queue
On the packages that include it, an HCSO reviews your records and answers your questions.
We are careful about what the law requires
We aim to describe the Food Standards Code and your state's Food Act as they are and never to present something as compulsory when it is not.
Your records remain yours
You own your business data and can produce the record pack from your account whenever you need it.
Hospitality Shield was founded by Caleb Azuka, who spent years in the Western Australian hospitality industry before building it. He saw how much time good venues lose to paperwork and how easily a missed record turns into a compliance problem. He set out to fix it.
That experience of the industry is why the platform is built around how a kitchen actually runs, and why an HCSO working online or on site is worth more than software alone.
