Where a record goes

From the moment it is made.

  1. Recorded

    A check is made on a phone, tablet or computer.

  2. Saved in Sydney

    It is saved to the database, hosted by Amazon Web Services in Sydney.

  3. Backed up

    Every backup is kept in Sydney.

  4. Files and photos

    Stored with Cloudflare in its Asia Pacific region, with copies in our Sydney backups.

Data sovereignty

Your venue's records, and every backup of them, are kept in Australia.

Ownership and export

You own your business data. Reports prints or saves a record pack for any dates, and your Account page downloads your account's data.

Protected at every step

  • HTTPS

    Every page is served over HTTPS, and a plain connection is redirected.

  • Passwords

    At least 12 characters, stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the password.

  • Card details

    Taken by Stripe. We never see or store a card number.

Is my venue's data stored in Australia?

The database and every backup are in Sydney. Uploaded files are stored by Cloudflare in its Asia Pacific region, with a copy in our Sydney backups.
