One national food safety standard
Standard 3.2.2A applies in every state and territory, so the food safety supervisor, food handler training and record keeping duties are the same wherever a venue trades. Each state and territory also has its own food act, and our guides explain the Western Australian detail.
Data hosting
The platform, its database and every backup are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Uploaded files such as photos, documents and training videos are stored with Cloudflare in its Asia Pacific region, and copies are kept in our Sydney backups.
