Trial and records

How does the free trial work?

Create an account, then start the trial from Billing by adding a card. It runs for 30 days and nothing is charged during it. When it ends, Essential continues on the monthly or yearly term you selected, and we email you a week before the first payment. There is one trial per account.

Can we keep our records in Essential instead of on paper?

Yes. No form of record is prescribed, and Essential prints or saves your records for the dates you choose.

Can I take my records with me?

Yes. Reports prints or saves your records for the dates you choose, and your Account page downloads your account's data.

Can I use Essential outside Australia?

Yes. It is set up for Australian food safety rules, and every checklist can be changed to suit the rules where you trade.
